Plywood Sheet (300 × 200 × 1.5 mm)¶
Thin plywood craft sheets used to build lightweight wedges and braces for the laminating base.
Overview¶
- Pre-cut 300 × 200 mm sheets at 1.5 mm thickness; easy to score with a craft knife.
- Stiff enough to hold angle when paired with corner braces, yet trims cleanly without power tools.
- Low cost and compact, so multiple wedges can be made and swapped if they get fouled with epoxy.

Usage notes¶
- Cut triangles with a 27° face for the footpocket wedge; double up sheets if extra stiffness is needed.
- Seal raw edges if they will see repeated epoxy drips to slow moisture uptake.
